Senior Software Engineer - SystemOS

About the position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our SystemsOS team. You will develop and maintain our next-generation Systems Engineering platform, advancing capabilities in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), Requirements Management, digital threads, and enterprise integrations. Your contributions will significantly impact internal engineering processes and help define standards for digital engineering practices across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop elegant, scalable software solutions tailored for Systems Engineering needs.
• Develop tools to simplify complex system modeling tasks and automate critical processes.
• Lead technical initiatives in a dynamic startup-like environment.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate technical requirements into software implementations.
• Continuously innovate and align internal platforms with digital engineering industry best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience developing large-scale enterprise applications.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with modern web technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript or equivalent coding language.
• Ability to translate complex engineering requirements into user-friendly software solutions.
• U.S. Person status required due to export-controlled data access.

Nice-to-haves

• Direct experience with Systems Engineering platforms.
• Eligible for a U.S. Top Secret clearance.
