Senior UX/ UI Designer

About the position

Grid Dynamics is looking for a skillful and experienced UX / UI Designer to work with multiple projects to enhance the user experience. As a key UX Designer, you will be working in collaboration with worldwide industry experts. Responsibilities

• Enhancing UX.
• Designing UX/UI desktop / mobile applications.
• Conducting user studies and user interviews, collecting user feedback, proposing wireframes, prototypes and visual designs based on all of the above.
• Interaction design.
• A/B testing, Usability testing.
• Materials preparation for implementation; experience in working closely with engineering teams and customer organizations.

Requirements

• Over 7 years of practical experience in UX/UI design.
• Creative person, aligned with good style and trends.
• Ability to analyze and structure data.
• Experience in complex data visualization and dashboards creation.
• Experience designing dashboards for operations, reporting, planning, and forecasting of business services.
• Ability to listen and perceive views of colleagues and clients.
• Ability to explain and reason decisions.
• Attention to details and quality.
• Ability to perceive criticism as a constructive element for improving results.
• Experience with paper and pencil, boards, stickers, etc.
• Experience in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in Material Design.
• Animating interface elements.
