About the position

Fabletics is currently looking for a Senior Vice President, Marketing. We are searching for a bold, modern marketing leader to drive the growth of Fabletics brand globally. As SVP, Marketing, you will oversee brand marketing, e-commerce, site merchandising, social media, PR, and strategic partnerships. You'll guide a talented team in building emotional connection with customers, enhancing the brand experience, and scaling our omnichannel presence globally-while partnering closely with the growth marketing team to ensure alignment across the funnel. In this high-impact executive role, you will work closely with the Brand President, Co-Founders, Chief Growth Officer, and cross-functional stakeholders to set strategy, align execution, and elevate the Fabletics brand globally across every consumer touchpoint. You will bring together creativity, data, storytelling, and innovation to unlock meaningful growth. The position requires an entrepreneurial, energetic person with passion, intelligence, data savvy and a combination of executional excellence and bold, innovative thinking. They must be able to develop and execute creative strategies and have the drive and business acumen to raise brand awareness and drive customer traffic and conversion profitably. The SVP Marketing will be an inspiring mentor and leader, skilled in building teams, spotting others' genius and helping people unlock their best work. They must be a low-ego team player, skilled at influencing and mobilizing others across the organization to achieve the results that deliver a shared vision. The ideal candidate will bring the disciplines of a structured organization but will have an entrepreneurial spirit. They must have a passion for building and scaling great brands. This position will report to the Co-Founder/Chief Creative Officer with a dotted line reporting line to the Brand President.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Marketing team of direct reports, including heads of: Brand and Retail Marketing, Social Media Marketing, CRM, Partnerships, and PR.
  • Lead brand positioning and strategic brand development globally across all channels and geographies.
  • Collaborate with the Creative department to develop and execute creative strategy and marketing goals.
  • Lead development and implementation of customer relationship marketing programs that deliver against acquisition and retention goals across channels.
  • Oversee VP of Communications/Partnerships to develop and execute brand partnerships with influencers across all tiers.
  • Lead organic social strategy development and execution across key social channels.
  • Drive continuous improvement in conversion on our websites and mobile apps.
  • Partner with Merchandising and Design to shape and amplify category expansion choices, assortment changes, etc.
  • Lead relationships with external agencies on marketing projects as appropriate.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive marketing leadership in retail or e-commerce; fashion, beauty, or lifestyle industry experience highly preferred.
  • Deep experience in DTC marketing and omnichannel growth strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to define, articulate and drive a strategic and creative vision.
  • Strong understanding of site merchandising, digital analytics, UX, and conversion levers.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale a brand while balancing profitability with longer term growth metrics.
  • Collaborative, low-ego, and entrepreneurial mindset-comfortable navigating both structured and fast-moving environments.
  • Strong executive presence and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent field; Advance degree a plus.
