Senior Warehouse Associate

About the position

Sportiqe Apparel is a screen print production facility. We are seeking an experienced and reliable Senior Warehouse Associate to join our team. To apply, you must have at least 1 year consecutive experience in the warehouse including knowledge of computer systems and a stand-up forklift. This position involves various tasks related to pick tickets, staging, receiving, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and carts, to move apparel products efficiently within the facility.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare apparel orders for production while adhering to quality standards.
• Maintain apparel inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and effective inventory management practices.
• Collaborate with warehouse leaders to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to safety protocols.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining the warehouse layout for optimal efficiency and safety.
• Follow all guidelines to promote a safe working environment for all employees.
• Support the loading and unloading of packages from delivery trucks as needed.

Requirements

• At least 12 months working in a warehouse/inventory role.
• Computer literate.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication skills including email correspondence.
• Must be able to safely operate pallet jacks, dollys, and lift 30 pounds.
• Stand-up forklift experience.
• High accuracy with counting, tracking, and matching numbers.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in an apparel warehouse or production center is preferred.
