As a Service Advisor, you will own our customer's experience in the service lane. You are the first point of contact with our customers and will be well-versed in product features, maintenance and repair needs, technician scheduling, and customer service. From greeting vehicle owners on the drive line to explaining the repair process, our Service Advisors are true professionals who enjoy helping others. Responsibilities
- Actively engage customers on the Service Drive to assess needs and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Follow dealership and manufacturer guidelines for vehicle write-up, handling, and documentation.
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, being the product expert on all things Mercedes-Benz.
- Utilize dealership technology platforms to manage communication and workflow between both customers and co-workers.
Requirements
- Organized and friendly personality
- Previous dealership Service Advisor experience and familiarity with dealership technology platforms a plus
- Time management skills
- Fantastic communication skills with your customers
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Acceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelines
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
