As a Product Owner III within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Dallas or Birmingham.

Responsibilities

  • Define Product Vision and Roadmap
  • Lead the creation of a clear product vision for ServiceNow Portfolio Management that aligns with business strategy and customer needs.
  • Build and maintain a product roadmap that reflects both short-term deliverables and long-term initiatives.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and other departments.
  • Gather, prioritize, and document requirements to ensure the product meets user needs and expectations.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog for ServiceNow Portfolio Management.
  • Define user stories, maintain backlog, and collaborate with development teams to ensure features are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Work closely with ServiceNow developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure successful design, development, and delivery of ServiceNow Portfolio Management capabilities.
  • Ensure the quality of deliverables by defining acceptance criteria and coordinating testing phases.
  • Provide insights on product performance, roadmap progress, and portfolio management metrics.
  • Deliver reports and presentations to senior leadership to drive decision-making.
  • Identify potential risks, dependencies, and blockers and work proactively to address them.
  • Support training initiatives for internal users and business stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of the ServiceNow Portfolio Management product.

Requirements

  • University / college degree.
  • 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
  • Specific certifications are often required.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
