ServiceNow Software Developer (TS/SCI with Poly/NEW HIRE SIGN-ON BONUS UP TO $30,000)

About the position

As a Software Developer Advisor at GDIT, you will deliver simple solutions to complex problems, tailoring cutting-edge solutions to the unique requirements of our clients. Your role will focus on enhancing the end user's experience while ensuring your career growth is prioritized. This position is critical for the safety and security of our nation, and you will be involved in researching, designing, developing, and modifying enterprise-wide systems and applications software within the ServiceNow Platform. You will apply advanced knowledge throughout the software development lifecycle, including software updates, testing, and debugging, while providing guidance for optimal documentation and future maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Researches, designs, develops, and/or modifies enterprise-wide systems and/or applications software within the ServiceNow Platform.
• Applies advanced knowledge to all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Applies advanced knowledge to software updates, refinement, testing, and debugging to meet business needs.
• Provides advanced guidance on the software or system for optimal documentation and future maintenance and updates within the ServiceNow platform.
• Provides advance analysis for reports on software project specifications, activities, or status.

Requirements

• Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree: ServiceNow certification.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• JavaScript proficiency.
• TS/SCI with Poly security clearance.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

• 1 year of ServiceNow or similar related experience.
• Familiarity with RMF (Risk Management Framework), NIST 800.53 Revisions 3, 4, and 5, and/or CNNSI 1253.
• Experience with ServiceNow CAM, RMF, GRC, and/or SecOps modules.
