As the Service Technician, you'll be our go-to superhero for keeping everything in tip-top shape! Responsibilities
- Complete work orders and perform routine check-ups
- Maintain a well-maintained living space for residents
- Work with electrical systems
- Handle plumbing tasks
- Perform carpentry work
- Manage drywall repairs
- Conduct painting tasks
- Maintain appliances
- Oversee exterior structures
- Manage swimming pool maintenance
- Perform general maintenance
Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Enthusiasm to collaborate and engage with others
- Desire to improve the lives of those around you
- Maintenance skills/experience in multi-family, preferred
- HVAC/CPO Certification desired and/or required based on property needs
- Adherence to Fair Housing best practices
- Ability to perform general/routine inspections and identify possible issues
- Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation
- Candidate requires own set of tools
