About the position

As the Service Technician, you'll be our go-to superhero for keeping everything in tip-top shape! Responsibilities

  • Complete work orders and perform routine check-ups
  • Maintain a well-maintained living space for residents
  • Work with electrical systems
  • Handle plumbing tasks
  • Perform carpentry work
  • Manage drywall repairs
  • Conduct painting tasks
  • Maintain appliances
  • Oversee exterior structures
  • Manage swimming pool maintenance
  • Perform general maintenance

Requirements

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Enthusiasm to collaborate and engage with others
  • Desire to improve the lives of those around you
  • Maintenance skills/experience in multi-family, preferred
  • HVAC/CPO Certification desired and/or required based on property needs
  • Adherence to Fair Housing best practices
  • Ability to perform general/routine inspections and identify possible issues
  • Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation
  • Candidate requires own set of tools
