About the position

Supervises to ensure smooth and efficient service throughout all food and beverage outlets in the casino, ensuring staff meets service and liquor control standards. Responsibilities

  • Responds to guest and Team Members' needs and resolves complaints and issues.
  • Inspects food and beverage outlets and observes workers and patrons to ensure compliance with occupational, health, and safety standards.
  • Ensures compliance with liquor control regulations.
  • Controls labor and operating expenses.
  • Schedules and directs staff in the performance of work assignments.
  • Maintains high food, service and health and safety standards.
  • Maintains high visibility in the outlets.
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory controls both internal and external including but not limited to state and federal laws and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board regulations.
  • Hires, trains and manages Team Members in accordance with organizational and approved departmental standards, policies and programs.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two or more years related experience.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and state liquor law.
  • Must be available to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing.
