About the position

We are looking for a Shopper Marketing Supervisor to join our team in our Dallas, TX office. This individual will be responsible for stewarding and growing clients investments on shopper marketing platforms. As the Shopper Marketing Supervisor, you will work with the Strategy team on plans and recommendations as well as provide oversight on new business plans and RFPs, while also working with internal operation team members to ensure campaigns are not only pacing budgets but also to goal. This position will be responsible for the growth of the Shopper Marketing team within Mindstream Media Group.

Responsibilities

  • Oversight of the Shopper Media Retail Platforms: Walmart, Kroger, Target, Instacart, PacVue
  • Lead team to ensure campaigns are on track to deliver defined goals, KPIs and business results. Keep stakeholders apprised of status of all campaigns.
  • Ensure all campaign strategy is sound and executable.
  • Management of budgets to ensure dollars are invested accurately, pacing well and do not exceed budgets.
  • Continually identify and implement process improvements for flawless setup and execution of campaigns. Make sure QA process is followed to prevent error.
  • Work with analytics & strategy to provide campaign insights and business focused recommendations based on campaign learnings
  • Stays up-to-date on changes and new opportunities in the shopper marketing space and proactively communicate key updates to the larger team.
  • Maintain relationships with shopper marketing platform partners to keep on top of best practices and platform evolution.
  • Ensure new clients are onboarded properly: Billing set up, platform access, proper tracking set up.
  • Ensure all manager and associates are getting adequate training and are progressing in their respective career paths.
  • Maintain all platform certifications.
  • Identify, evaluate, and escalate issues.
  • Oversee and help in campaign set-up, activation and day-to-day client communication.
  • Be available to jump on current or prospecting client calls as a platform expert.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in advertising, marketing, public relations, or related fields
  • 3-6 years of paid digital media experience; E-comm/non-profit experience preferred
  • Strong digital knowledge across SEM, Paid Social, YouTube, connected TV, display, Amazon and Google Shopping
  • Proven experience with integrated advertising campaigns across multiple devices and media channels with methods demonstrating impact on the brands business
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms, including analytics and attribution tools
  • Proven ability to educate, train and lead a team.
  • Experience developing, optimizing, analyzing, and reporting on paid campaigns on social platforms, programmatically, Google, and/or Bing
  • Experience developing annual budget recommendations and maintaining correct budget pacing.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with Domo or Tableau
  • Excellent writing, grammar, and communication skills
  • Strong understanding around measurement and attribution
  • Able to prioritize ruthlessly and can manage multiple projects at once
  • Team player, eager to learn, proactive, adaptable and flexible
  • Strong experience with Excel and PowerPoint preferred
  • Creative and analytical skills with the ability to take direction well, learn/develop new skill sets, problem solve, and take on new challenges while paying strong attention to detail.
  • Experience and comfortable with presenting to Client stakeholders
  • Have experience in competitor analysis.
