About the position

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Marketing Technologist / Martech Architect to design and implement scalable, integrated technology solutions that power modern marketing operations. This role sits at the heart of marketing transformation-connecting business needs with technical execution-and plays a key role in shaping how platforms, processes, and data come together to enable personalized, high-impact customer experiences. With deep expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud and broader enterprise martech ecosystems, this individual will lead the architectural direction for marketing platforms while also ensuring technology is implemented in a way that supports operational efficiency, scalability, and measurable business value. This role demands fluency in emerging technologies-especially AI-and a clear point of view on where and how to embed them across the marketing lifecycle. You'll be part of a cross-functional transformation team, collaborating closely with marketing strategists, campaign and content operators, data and analytics leads, and IT partners. In particular, you will partner with a technical project manager and a marketing operations lead to ensure technology implementation is tightly aligned with organizational design, marketing workflows, and user needs. In this role, you will operate across both strategic and execution layers-shaping future-state architecture while guiding tactical implementation, integration, and governance decisions across systems like AEM, CDPs, MAPs, CRMs, and DAMs. You'll be a key contributor to the evolution of the marketing technology stack and operating model, helping to unify disparate tools and drive enterprise-wide transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Design and architect scalable marketing technology solutions--centered on the Adobe suite and other enterprise tools--to support integrated, cross-channel campaigns, content delivery, personalization, and performance tracking
  • Partner with field marketers and business stakeholders to understand pain points and use cases, and translate them into actionable technical designs
  • Lead the evaluation, selection, design and integration planning of marketing platforms (e.g., MAP, CMS, CRM, CDP, DAM) to enable better targeting, personalization, and performance tracking
  • Evaluate current state martech stack and identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and alignment to future-state operating models
  • Act as a technical advisor on where and how to incorporate emerging technologies--especially AI--to improve marketing efficiency, automation, targeting, and experimentation
  • Guide platform configuration, data flows, and user enablement efforts to ensure tools are adopted and delivering value

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing technology, solution architecture, or digital transformation within a B2B environment
  • Deep expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud products (e.g., AEP, AEM, Target, Analytics, Workfront) and complementary martech platforms
  • Strong systems integration experience in familiarity with APIs, data models, and customer data platforms
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize complex martech solutions across multiple business units and geographies, with a focus on usability, governance, and performance
  • Familiarity with modern data privacy and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA,) and how they apply to marketing platforms
