Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the position

Carver Road Hospitality is a company that specializes in hospitality investments and brand development. They operate lifestyle hotels, restaurants, lounges, and other blended experiences, focusing on delivering exceptional hospitality services. The Flanker Kitchen + Sporting Club is looking for a Social Media Coordinator who is creative, socially savvy, and passionate about sports and culture. This role involves daily content creation, community engagement, and brand storytelling across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment where food, sports, and nightlife intersect.

Responsibilities

• Assist in capturing and creating daily, on-brand content (photos, videos, stories, Reels, TikToks) that showcase the vibe, events, cocktails, dishes, and culture of Flanker.
• Support real-time content capture during events, game days, nightlife programming, and media activations.
• Collaborate with internal team and creative leads to support campaign rollouts and special promotions.
• Attend all Food & Beverage Photoshoots with Marketing Manager and lead.

Requirements

• Experience in social media content creation and curation.
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms and trends, including Reels and TikTok.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
