We’re looking for a dynamic Social Media Marketing Strategist to design and execute strategies that elevate our brand across platforms. You’ll be the voice behind our digital presence, creating engaging content, growing communities, and driving meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategy(s) aligned with company goals.
  • Conduct market research, audience analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
  • Develop and/or curate, and schedule high-quality content (text, images, videos, graphics) for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn. Future prospective platforms include YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and X.
  • Engage authentically with our audience—replying to comments, DMs, and tags.
  • Build and manage a strategic social content calendar (in collaboration with the marketing team) to support product launches, special promotions, and/or campaigns.
  • Partner with collaborators to authentically grow brand reach and credibility.
  • Track performance using tools like Sprout Social and Google Analytics; report monthly KPIs and insights in dashboard and/or digital report.
  • Plan and optimize paid campaigns to boost engagement and conversions.
  • Stay on top of emerging trends, platform updates, and creative innovations.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in a mid-level social media role (manager or strategist).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing paid campaigns and partnerships.
  • Proficiency in Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Canva, Adobe Suite, and basic video editing tools.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills.
  • Highly organized, collaborative, and creative.
  • Familiarity with Wrike (or other project management tools like Asana or Basecamp).

  • Bonus points for Pilates knowledge—as a user or instructor.
