This role will support one or more contracts with the U.S. Federal Government, which requires all personnel to be U.S. citizens. As a Software Engineer (Applications), you will analyze, design, program, debug, and modify software improvements and new products for federal customer applications, as well as commercial applications. You will work with current programming languages and technologies, write code, complete programming, and perform testing and debugging of applications. You will also interact with users to define system requirements and necessary modifications.

Requirements
- 5+ years experience with Web application development or SaaS.
- 5+ years of object-oriented design and development experience in languages such as Java or C#.
- 4-year degree in a computer-related field or equivalent.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience designing/developing business applications, knowledge of ERP systems, HR or Human Capital Management.
- Experience working with U.S. Federal requirements, including Title V, Office of Personnel Management, and GPPA.
- Metadata-driven definitional development experience.
- Experience with XML and Integration technologies.
