Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex web crawling and scraping solutions with a focus on performance and accuracy with full ownership of the platform and technologies used.
- Build scalable tools that automate web crawling, scraping, and data aggregation to populate databases in a distributed Linux environment.
- Develop ETL systems and data pipelines to interface new data assets with our proprietary distributed data processing platform.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or related degree.
- Experience with Linux, Python, and various web scraping tools.
- Experience with distributed computing in a cloud environment.
- Applicants must have permanent work authorization in the U.S.; we are not sponsoring visas for this role.
