Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver solutions that reimagine how products are priced across Amazon's vast marketplace.
- Leverage latest technologies and machine learning to build innovative capabilities.
- Work with a team of engineers solving meaningful real-world business problems.
- Set high standards in architecture, quality, and delivery.
- Design and implement innovative and scalable solutions.
- Maintain existing systems to be continuously durable.
- Mentor junior engineers.
- Collaborate with senior and principal engineers within the organization.
Requirements
- 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
Nice-to-haves
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
