About the position
APPLE INC has the following available in Cupertino, California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Build tools to process and manage data from a wide range of computer vision systems. Analyze and research deep learning infrastructure and distributed systems design and principles. Design and implement Application Programming Interface (API) to extract and share data. Monitor the performance of existing systems and cloud computing platforms. Perform Export Transform Load (ETL) pipeline development and organize data and prepare it for data analytics and machine learning (ML). Provide the data foundation for a highly collaborative team of hardware, user experience, and deep learning experts. Execute deliverables and abstract these details into platform-level software solutions. Source control code management through Github. Utilizing Presto/Parquet and log technologies for storage and analysis. Implement machine learning models for library development. Use Jenkins/Argo and other technologies for deployment and stability of services in multi-cloud. 40 hours/week.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
- 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
- 2 years of experience with coding in Python.
- 2 years of experience writing API interfaces in GraphQL or REST.
- 2 years of experience with performance monitoring of deployed code using logging solutions and Splunk or Grafana.
- 2 years of experience utilizing PostgreSQL and No-SQL database technologies.
- 2 years of experience utilizing distributed file parquet and Databricks or equivalent for big data analytics.
- Experience or education in machine learning development.
- 2 years of experience utilizing work graph solutions, either Prefect or AWS StepFunctions.
- Experience writing technical documentation for code libraries.
- Experience with project management.
