Responsibilities
- Develop solutions on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) based Content Management System with emphasis in high availability and low latency.
- Conduct proof of concept to validate the feasibility and performance of proposed solutions aligning with project goals and requirements.
- Engage and work with cross-functional leaders to understand and help define business principles, goals, and strategy within scope of responsibility.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in Content Management & Digital Asset Management domain.
- Expertise in the definition and implementation of effective software engineering practices and processes that result in high speed to market.
- Lead by example and be a role model for other full time as well as vendor resources.
Requirements
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer with 8+ years of experience in implementing enterprise-level solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Good understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) architectural concepts.
- Proficient in developing custom components, editable templates, and integrating Digital Asset Management (DAM) for optimized content management.
- Knowledge of OSGi, Apache Sling, and JCR to enhance system performance, leading to measurable improvements in efficiency and error reduction.
- Skilled in leveraging GraphQL and REST APIs for seamless content delivery in headless Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) setups.
- Adept in React SPA components, Sling Models, and multilevel workflows, ensuring robust, responsive, and efficient web applications.
- Strong experience with agile methodologies and optimizing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platforms for better performance, accessibility, and user engagement.
- Skilled in CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud-native architectures.
