Responsibilities
- Work directly with Promise's utility and government customers to integrate our Payment Plans and Government products within their existing systems.
- Have a keen interest in customer success, digging deep into customers' systems to understand their requirements and resolve their concerns.
- Work on Promise's products themselves, building more reliability and automation into the implementation process from start to finish.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a software engineer, showcasing experience in building and deploying production software in an environment that is fluid and requires the ability to build rapid context as you go.
- Customer-facing experience in a similar technical role.
- Experience with technologies like Next.js, NodeJs, React, Java, Docker, and SQL databases (PostgreSQL).
- An innate curiosity and drive for what makes Promise tick.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience working with enterprise Customer Information Systems software like SAP and Oracle.
