Software Engineer - Fullstack

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing responsive, scalable and secure full-stack applications using HTML, JavaScript, Vue.js (and/or React), Java and Spring Boot, hosted with AWS.
• Architecting and implementing efficient, modular and reusable front-end components and systems.
• Identifying, implementing and managing code libraries that minimize repetitive code and improve application design.
• Using code optimization techniques to improve robustness and performance of software solutions, including scalability and reliability of the solutions.
• Collaborating with Product Designers, Architects, Business System Analysts, backend engineers and other frontend engineers in the team to deliver compelling user-facing products.
• Troubleshooting customer issues and provide technical support to resolving issues in production environment.
• Utilizing Agile Software Methodology to deliver solutions iteratively and produce high quality technical design documents that utilize UML diagrams and design patterns.

Requirements

• Have 7+ years frontend development experience
• Be an expert in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, React or Vue.js
• Be proficient integrating frontend application with backend RESTful APIs as well as developing REST APIs
• Have solid knowledge with backend technologies using Java, Spring Boot and/or Python
• Have Knowledge of AWS or other cloud services like Azure, GCP
• Have reasonable understanding of secure coding best practices, OWASP guidelines
• Be proficient with Git, npm, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins
• Have experience understanding complex workflows and able to develop and validate innovative solutions to solve difficult problems
• Be highly positive and collaborative individual that excels at developing working relationships, building consensus, and fostering trust and collaboration at all levels
