Responsibilities
- Collaborate with network staff to ensure smooth and reliable operation of software and systems, strictly fulfilling business objectives and processes.
- Collaborate with management, decision-makers, and partners to define ambitious business requirements and systems goals, identifying and resolving business systems issues effectively.
- Support the design and deployment of new applications and improvements to existing applications, software, and operating systems.
- Assess the effectiveness and efficiency of current systems; develop and implement strategies to improve or further demonstrate these systems.
- Propose and build system design models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to system programmers and development teams.
- Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems.
- Monitor and test system performance; prepare and deliver system performance statistics and reports.
- Support instant ticket game design and development through the entire software development cycle.
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
- Contribute to the game design of other developers in the group.
- Collaborate with internal customers to determine development requirements.
- Collaborate and work side-by-side with other fields involved in the development process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in systems planning, software principles, and general software management standard methodologies.
- 3+ years of design, development, and implementation of software systems, applications, and related products.
- Good project management skills.
- Able to understand the goals and objectives of an organization.
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required.
- Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
- Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
- Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Capable of prioritizing and completing tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
