Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with network staff to ensure smooth and reliable operation of software and systems, strictly fulfilling business objectives and processes.
  • Collaborate with management, decision-makers, and partners to define ambitious business requirements and systems goals, identifying and resolving business systems issues effectively.
  • Support the design and deployment of new applications and improvements to existing applications, software, and operating systems.
  • Assess the effectiveness and efficiency of current systems; develop and implement strategies to improve or further demonstrate these systems.
  • Propose and build system design models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to system programmers and development teams.
  • Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems.
  • Monitor and test system performance; prepare and deliver system performance statistics and reports.
  • Support instant ticket game design and development through the entire software development cycle.
  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
  • Contribute to the game design of other developers in the group.
  • Collaborate with internal customers to determine development requirements.
  • Collaborate and work side-by-side with other fields involved in the development process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in systems planning, software principles, and general software management standard methodologies.
  • 3+ years of design, development, and implementation of software systems, applications, and related products.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Able to understand the goals and objectives of an organization.
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required.
  • Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
  • Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Capable of prioritizing and completing tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
