As a Software Engineer Lead within PNC's Lending Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Dallas, TX or Birmingham, AL. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager's discretion. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
Responsibilities
- Creates High level Design
- Oversees scrum team development
- Performs code/design reviews to ensure quality and consistency
- Coaches team members on secure coding practices and in general best practices in development
- Confirms that proper test coverage is obtained for the release of code (unit test coverage, performance test, and regression automation)
- Responsible for monthly release preparation and ensuring the crew's stories are migrated properly to Production
- Responsible to coordinate the necessary KT to the RTB team for all changes
- Attends Wing Tech Lead meeting regularly
- Engage with C&IB Architecture team as needed
- Miscellaneous tasks to ensure Crew meets commitments
- Apply modern principles, methodologies and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities.
- Monitors the efficiency and effectiveness of application technical implementation and troubleshoot problems.
