The Full-Stack Engineering Manager will lead a dynamic team responsible for the ongoing development, optimization, and scaling of our core community marketing platform. This role is critical to our business expansion strategy, directly influencing platform reliability, feature innovation, and user engagement through robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions. While focused on our element14 and Hackster.io communities as well as Design Hub, you will be a player & coach contributing significant portions of code while also managing a small team of engineers. You will be the champion of best practices in software engineering, nurture and grow a team of engineers, and proactively collaborate with product leaders, designers, and stakeholders to ensure Avnet’s communities remain a leader in technical community engagement and marketing innovation.
