Responsibilities

• Tackle complex system health challenges by leveraging systems expertise in cutting-edge wearable technologies, including next-generation Augmented Reality (AR) Glasses, Smart AI Glasses, and Wrist devices, focusing on optimizing power and thermal efficiency, CPU scheduling, application integration, and active/idle power management.
• Design, develop, and refine operating system features and services to bridge the gap between hardware and software, delivering seamless performance and transformative user experiences.
• Solve technical challenges in resource-constrained environments by broad and deep expertise in product areas, codebases, and systems.
• Write, test, and deliver high-quality code using modern frameworks and abstractions, adhering to tight schedules and technical standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to push the boundaries of wearable technology, leading complex projects that connect people globally through innovative devices.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by actively seeking and providing feedback, aligning with the company's Performance Philosophy.

Requirements

• Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in Computer Science, Computer Software, Computer Engineering, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Physics, or related field.
• Completion of a university-level course/research project/internship/thesis, or 6 months of experience in coding in one of the following industry-standard languages: C, C++, C#, Python, Java, or Javascript.
• AR related experiences, such as Computer Vision.
• Human Computer Interaction, understanding and experience with humans interacting with computer systems.
• Relational database and SQL.
• Software development tools: Code editors (VIM or Emacs), and revision control systems (Subversion, GIT, or Perforce).
• Linux, UNIX, or other *nix-like OS including file manipulation and simple commands.
• Distributed systems including sharding, consistency, and availability.
• Algorithms and data structures.
• Machine Learning, building and developing Machine Learning Models.
