Software Engineer / Senior Software Engineer

Prosoft is seeking qualified developers for our client in the East End of Louisville, Kentucky for a Senior Software Engineer role. The client offers competitive compensation and benefits package that includes unlimited PTO and work from home 2 days each week and flexible office hours. This is a direct hire position.

Role Responsibilities:

* Work collaboratively as part of an Agile development team

* Solve business requests with realistic project scopes and timelines

* Work on multiple projects simultaneously with various stakeholders and teams

* Sharing knowledge and mentoring junior developers as needed

Job Requirements

Skills and Abilities:

* Strong technical experience with .Net stack

* Previous experience with:

* HTTP

* Rabbit MQ

* WCF

* Web API

* Service-oriented Architecture

* HTML

* CSS

* Automated Testing

Experience:

* 4-6 years as a .Net software engineer with experience in Object-Oriented Programming

Education:

* Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field preferred, or 6 years of experience in software development.
