**Job Description:**
This position will focus on technology development, deployment and sustainment in an advanced visualization environment, the Raytheon Immersive Design Center (IDC). The IDC focuses on advanced 3D stereo visualization and other supporting immersive technologies to drive conceptual design work, structural layouts, and manufacturing support. The IDC also supports remote collaboration capabilities across Raytheon as well as with suppliers and customers. There will be a strong focus on software development, particularly for visualization, 3D modelling and simulation applications, as well as real time development (Python, JAVA, C++, OpenGL), Network Architecture, and virtual/augmented reality hardware/software integration. The position will also require periodic presentations of technical information and IDC demonstrations to groups of people with varying technical knowledge and expertise.
**Required skills:**
?Minimum of 4 years of experience in 3-4 of the following:
? Graphics software (OpenGL, DirectX)
? Software application development and architectures
? Network Architecture development
? Real-time/Gaming development
? VR/AR systems integration/development
? Human-Machine interface development
? Technical Presentations
