$50,000 - 60,000 /yr., depending on exper. Located in North Shelby County, AL. Join a growing, award-winning software company team! REQUIREMENTS: Five plus years' experience having taken a product line or products from concept to successful market introduction and financial success of two years' experience in the financial industry (credit union, bank or financial data processor preferred). Wide knowledge of core banking systems and business applications, with in-depth experience in one or more specific areas such as lending, deposits, payments, business banking and/or BI/Analytics. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent product experience). Focus in software or technical education desirable. Reporting skills, analytical skills, technical research skills, written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, general financial math skills, data entry skills. Microsoft Office skills; attentiveness to detail and accuracy, listening skills. Ability to exercise independent judgment; set priorities and manage multiple projects. RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as liaison and manage relationships between company and vendors. Serve as a primary product expert. Aid in developing business plans for product lines that achieve company profitability and market penetrating goals. Develop in-depth knowledge of competitive products and maintain technical analysis of competitive strengths and weaknesses. Participate, as needed, in customer and sales prospect meetings, Client Conference and other meetings. Identify solutions to solve market needs, by combining what is desired with what is possible, to optimize our technology platform to meet those needs. Serve as a member of the Product Advisory Team. Serve as the Leader of focus groups within the manager's area of responsibility. Help determine how we package solutions to deliver an innovative, world-class system effectively through our distribution system to our customer.
