About the position

The Marketing Specialist 3 is a seasoned contributor responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that support customer engagement and prospect outreach. This role collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Care, and Field Operations teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all communications. With deep expertise in marketing content development and project management, this individual operates with a high degree of independence and serves as a mentor to junior team members.

Responsibilities

  • Researches, writes, and develops marketing materials to support campaigns and initiatives; presents recommendations to the Marketing Manager or internal committees.
  • Reviews existing literature and historical marketing content to inform current project strategies and ensure message consistency.
  • Serves as a key point of contact for inquiries related to departmental communications and marketing collateral.
  • Provides leadership, mentorship, and oversight to junior Marketing Specialists, supporting their development and project execution.
  • Conducts competitive analysis by gathering and evaluating marketing materials from industry peers and competitors.
  • Assists in translating business needs into actionable marketing strategies and data-driven insights, with a focus on customer, product, and industry trends.
  • Supports the creation of performance reporting to evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of marketing programs.
  • Exercises independent judgment and discretion in managing projects and making decisions of significance.
  • Maintains regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; must be available to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex projects and deliver high-quality marketing materials.
  • Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Care, and Field Operations.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience mentoring or providing guidance to junior team members.
  • Familiarity with competitive analysis and market research techniques.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in B2B or enterprise marketing.
