About the position
The position involves planning and managing Client coverage application releases, ensuring release readiness for application releases and production changes. The candidate should have a good knowledge of Security Impact Assessment (SIA) and manage SIA for application releases and changes. A working knowledge of ADO and DevOps tools is essential, as well as the ability to raise and manage change requests for production changes using the ServiceNow tool. The role requires ensuring change management metrics and data quality hygiene for all changes created, and meeting ESDLC process metrics for all pre and post-release reviews. The candidate will engage closely with the engineering team to determine the best technical implementation methods and execution schedules, while also pushing the agile agenda through collaboration and communication across teams. The role involves working with various stakeholders, including Executives, Product, Design, Implementation, infrastructure, and interface teams to align project delivery and identify, design, and implement internal process improvements. Strong analytical skills are also required.
Responsibilities
- Planning and managing Client coverage application releases
- Manage release readiness for Application releases / production changes
- Manage SIA for application releases / changes for closure
- Raise and manage change requests for production changes using ServiceNow
- Ensure change management metrics and data quality hygiene for all changes created
- Ensure ESDLC process metrics are met for all pre and post-release reviews
- Engage closely with the engineering team for technical implementation methods and execution schedules
- Push agile agenda through collaboration and communication within and across teams
- Work with stakeholders to align project delivery
- Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements
- Ensure no open risk related to release/change management for CC applications
- Manage Production change governance end to end
- Manage Security Impact assessment for all application changes
- Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct
- Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics
- Identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer applications
- Good knowledge in DevOps and ADO tools
- Knowledge in Database / OS
- Training in ServiceNow, DevOps tools, ADO
