The SPECT & SPECT/CT Product Manager role is responsible for the product marketing and market positioning of the Symbia product portfolio in the United States. The primary focus of this role is to lead downstream marketing activities & sales support, focused not only on feature/functions, but in relation to a customer’s clinical, operational and financial perspectives. The position will work closely with external customer and internally with field sales, especially MI product specialists, service, education, and both inbound and outbound global product management. The position reports directly to the Senior Director of MI Marketing and Sales Operations. Join our team now at Siemens Healthineers as Product Manager, SPECT Portfolio, Molecular Imaging.

Responsibilities

  • Define product segmentation (internal & external), marketing requirements and sales strategies for the US Market.
  • Manage an on-going assessment of customer needs and create marketing collateral and/or sales programs to support.
  • Create, implement & drive U.S product introductions and phase-out strategies.
  • Analyze competitive offerings, wins/loss data and develop sales strategies and tactics to enable differentiation in the US market.
  • Regularly develop and communicate attributes of business segmentation that differentiate and distinguish our organization and solutions.
  • Develop downstream marketing collaterals, case studies, customer testimonials and presentations to help drive and support necessary business.
  • Interface with the global product management team.
  • Help ensure customer satisfaction in the installed base.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Previous experience in healthcare marketing, product management, or business development is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and set clear priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Capability to think both strategically and tactically, with the ability to influence decision-making within a matrix organization.
  • Demonstrated strong customer orientation, high energy, motivation, and a willingness to travel as needed.
  • Ability to implement short-term business plans, achieve goals, and execute product roadmaps.
  • Experience in analyzing marketing and sales data to identify competitive advantages of Molecular Imaging products and educating colleagues and customers about these benefits.

Nice-to-haves

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and manage complex situations and develop effective solutions.
  • Working knowledge of Molecular Imaging as well as the MI industry landscape.
