We're looking for a Sr. Brand Marketing Manager who is eager to take Chime's already cherished brand to the next level. Working hand-in-hand with diverse teams like Creative and Partnerships, you'll articulate the Chime story across various mediums, fostering a brand experience that's not only seen but truly felt. Responsibilities

  • Define Chime’s long-term brand vision and mission, with clear customer segmentation and targeted messaging.
  • Lead brand positioning efforts to ensure differentiation and uncover growth opportunities through competitive analysis.
  • Analyze consumer behavior, feedback, and market trends to shape brand perception and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Use data and analytics tools to track brand performance and refine targeting and personalization efforts.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with brand strategy, ensuring consistency across channels.
  • Manage campaign delivery from briefing through post-analysis, partnering with internal teams and external agencies to stay on time and on budget.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in brand marketing, brand strategy, or integrated marketing, ideally across both in-house and agency environments or within consumer tech, fintech, or mission-driven brands.
  • Proven ability to manage creative development end to end, from briefing and concepting through feedback and final delivery, across both internal teams and external agencies.
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator with experience partnering across creative, social, growth, comms, and product marketing to maintain brand consistency.
  • Deep understanding of brand and campaign performance metrics; able to define KPIs, analyze results, and apply insights to optimize creative and messaging.
  • Strategic thinker with a sharp brand instinct and a bias for action, comfortable balancing long-term vision with day-to-day execution.
