We’re looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Consultant to lead and execute high-impact digital strategies that drive measurable growth. This hybrid role (onsite 2–3 days per week) offers the perfect balance of collaboration and autonomy within a small, agile team. You’ll shape compelling digital experiences and develop content that resonates with B2B audiences. With deep expertise in SEO, paid media, web optimization, and content strategy, you’ll help drive performance across the full digital journey. You’ll collaborate with internal team members and external partners to ensure alignment, consistency, and results. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies focused on improving lead generation, engagement, and conversions.
  • Lead all web development projects, ensuring websites are optimized for performance, user experience, and conversion.
  • Execute SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and technical enhancements.
  • Manage digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic), continually optimizing for improved efficiency and ROI.
  • Analyze digital marketing performance data across paid and organic channels, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Optimize landing pages, ad content, CTAs, and digital experiences to enhance user engagement and increase conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing team and external partners to ensure digital strategies align with broader marketing goals.
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing (SEO, paid media, conversion optimization).
  • Proven experience in a B2B marketing setting, preferably involving technical products or complex sales cycles.
  • Strong proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Experience using SEO and A/B testing platforms.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in project management.
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Strong analytical thinking skills.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.
