About the position

The Pick-n-Pull Digital Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for the planning, implementation, management and analysis of the digital marketing program for the Pick-n-Pull Retail business and the Cash for Junk Cars business. The primary focus areas will be SEO and adwords, Email/Loyalty, and paid social and content marketing. The position will own the set up and management of all digital marketing programs and will maintain the analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting in order to make recommendations for improvement to the Marketing Director.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, analyze and optimize the digital strategy, plan and program to drive awareness and growth for Pick-n-Pull Retail admissions and sales, and private party car leads for the Cash for Junk Cars program through paid and content digital marketing.
  • Set up and manage a wide variety of lead generation systems, including email marketing, Pay-per-Click advertising, and social media campaigns to generate and increase leads and optimize conversions.
  • Conduct SEO site audits, recommend and implement changes to content, linking, and technical factors to improve indexation and ranking potential.
  • Conduct A/B testing and ongoing optimization for SEO, email and paid advertising.
  • Creating (or organize the creation of) many different kinds of content- videos, landing pages, website copy, etc.
  • Create and use analytics/reports to analyze and share the progress and improvements of digital campaigns and to make recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor and report on website traffic, online ads, social campaigns and email marketing campaigns.
  • Develop new digital marketing ideas, which are aligned with the company brand and sales goals.
  • Develop, implement and manage our social media content to drive customer engagement and store visits.
  • Develop, implement and manage the Toolkit loyalty Email program and website for Pick-n-Pull retail.
  • Lead in the development and curation of content and messaging for social.

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in SEO management, Adwords, Paid Social, Content Marketing and Text Marketing.
  • Prefer 2+ years' experience in retail marketing.
  • Demonstrate experience with Google Ad Words, Google Analytics, Email programs and social media sites and dashboards such as Facebook Analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Intermediate aptitude with basic software packages such as Microsoft Office including Excel and Power Point.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and meet strict deadlines on a consistent basis.
  • Excellent working knowledge of social media to support business.
  • Strong copywriting skills.
