We are seeking a bold, results-driven Sr. Director, Performance Marketing to set and execute the digital vision for our Value Marketing portfolio-eight distinct brands serving diverse customer segments. In this highly visible role, you will own the digital acquisition strategy, lead best-in-class campaigns, and ensure our digital ecosystem drives measurable growth in awareness, demand generation, and sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Digital Marketing Strategy: Serve as the overall leader for digital marketing across the Value Marketing portfolio, ensuring campaigns are performance-driven, brand-consistent, and customer-focused.
  • Drive Acquisition: Build an integrated ecosystem for acquisition using personalization, localization, and retargeting to maximize ROI across brands.
  • Channel Leadership: Oversee digital acquisition channels including affiliates, email marketing, e-tail execution, and direct response.
  • Creative Oversight: Lead the development of digital copy, imagery, and on-site content that is on-brand, compelling, and conversion-oriented for our websites.
  • Performance Management: Own digital analytics and reporting to forecast, optimize, and improve campaign performance; deliver actionable insights for demand generation and sales growth.
  • MarTech: Set the vision for our MarTech stack and work cross-functionally to bring the roadmap to life.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with paid media, creative leadership, CX, and MarTech teams to ensure integration of digital into broader marketing campaigns.
  • Agency & Vendor Management: Direct and manage multiple digital agencies, ensuring high-quality, efficient output.
  • Innovation: Champion continuous improvement in digital marketing tools, strategies, and creative approaches to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing with a focus on 1:1 performance marketing.
  • Proven track record of leading digital campaigns end-to-end for large, complex brands.
  • Strong background in subscription, retail, or direct-to-consumer digital marketing.
  • Experience managing significant budgets and demonstrating clear ROI from digital investments.
  • Expertise in affiliate marketing, email, e-tail execution, and personalization.
  • Proven success in partnering to develop an advanced MarTech stack.
  • Strong creative instincts with an understanding of UX and conversion optimization.
  • Proven success in managing and inspiring high-performing digital teams.
  • Agency and client-side experience preferred.
