About the position

MedeAnalytics is looking for a Senior Director of Strategic Marketing to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and tactics for MedeAnalytics. This includes but is not limited to, messaging development, sales enablement, campaigns, lead generation programs and events driving market awareness, solution differentiation and sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will have domain expertise and experience in the healthcare industry and have demonstrated experience in successful completion of B2B marketing initiatives that drive revenue. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this person will own the execution of our marketing programs and Event Marketing to drive measurable results that contribute to the growth of the company. The Senior Director of Strategic Marketing will also work in close partnership with Product Marketing, Product Management, Tactical Marketing Operations, the Creative Team, Sales and Sales Operations to maintain brand, product messaging, content and data integrity, best practices, and optimized workflow for lead transfer and pipeline reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to meet strategic imperatives and achieve business objectives
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the US healthcare market (Payer and Provider experience preferred) and gather competitive intel for internal understanding
  • Serve as a 'trusted marketing partner' to sales and product
  • Help develop the MedeAnalytics brand within existing and new channels/market segments
  • Work with marketing operations and creative teams to execute effective customer and industry events and marketing campaigns that are on-brand via appropriate channels
  • Develop and align a sales enablement strategy providing content and tools for effective lead generation activities
  • Regularly engage with product and sales leaders to ensure client and sales enablement channels are kept current and optimized
  • Work with operations team to produce high value reference stories to support key sales, marketing and launch initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field required; Masters preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing in healthcare IT
  • Ability to work independently with a practical, 'roll-up your sleeves' style
  • Demonstrated expertise in executing high impact marketing programs and campaigns using all relevant channels and media
  • Creative thinker with the ability to take both strategic and tactical direction
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to provide support to others
  • Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills
  • Demonstrated experience engaging with and collaborating with C-level executives
  • Digital Marketing / Marketing automation platform experience required; Experience using Salesforce, Pardot, SalesLoft, a plus.
