Sr. FP&A Analyst, Sales & Marketing

About the position

The Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst will join a tight-knit FP&A team that is highly committed to building out a best-in-class analytical and operational function. Serving as a key business and strategic partner, you will help to ensure that financial, strategic, and operational objectives for the business are met. You will design and refine financial and operating models to help predict future performance, perform scenario analyses, and help to guide the business on strategic decisions, in addition to preparing monthly and quarterly management reporting. Additionally, you'll participate in process improvement initiatives to support our growth and drive efficiencies that help us scale as an FP&A team.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine financial and operating models to predict future performance.

• Build out a best-in-class cloud FP&A system.

Requirements

• 3+ years of FP&A experience, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated success in building budgets and forecasts.
• Strong financial modeling skills and understanding of financial close and forecasting processes.
• Understanding of Sales and Marketing organizations.
• Competent in working with large data sets and BI reporting tools (Looker, Tableau, Alteryx, etc.).
• Experienced in using sales and financial systems (Salesforce, Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, etc.).
• Advanced skills in Excel.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
