Responsibilities

  • Manage the Integrated Marketing Calendar: Oversee the scheduling and coordination of all marketing activities to ensure alignment and maximize efficiency.
  • Own and Manage Creative Briefs: Serve as the integrated lead for 360-degree campaign reviews, ensuring that creative assets meet brand standards and campaign objectives.
  • Insights & Data Collection: Leverage data & insights to inform plans and measure performance.
  • Coordinate Integrated Channel Strategies: Collaborate with marketing channel leads and product owners to develop integrated strategies that optimize channel performance and drive overall marketing goals.
  • Facilitate and Prioritize Marketing and Merchandising Requests: Act as a liaison between marketing and merchandising teams to prioritize product requests that support campaign objectives and align with business priorities.
  • Manage and Drive Campaigns Across Channels and Departments: Take ownership of campaigns and projects, leading cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent customer experience and successful campaign execution.
  • Build Processes for Integrated Marketing: Develop and implement processes and workflows to streamline integrated marketing efforts and improve overall efficiency.
  • Understand and Manage Holistic Customer Experience: Gain a deep understanding of the customer journey across multiple marketing channels, identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and drive engagement.
  • Perform Other Duties as Required: Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by manager and upper management, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to team success.
  • Follow Legal Policies and Guidelines: Adhere to all legal policies and guidelines related to marketing and advertising, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Requirements

  • Direct Marketing Experience: Minimum of 4 years.
  • Retail or Ecommerce Experience: Minimum of 7 years.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Business Acumen and Strategic Focus: Ability to identify growth opportunities and optimize strategies to drive business success.
  • Exceptional Organizational Skills: Proficiency in managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficiency in Project Management Tools: Experience with platforms like Asana, Microsoft Planner, or similar tools.
  • Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Programs.
  • Financial and Analytical Aptitude: Detail-oriented with robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Quick Learner and Efficient Worker: Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment and grasp new concepts swiftly.
  • Proficiency in Handling Operational Schedules and Production Work: Comfortable managing operational schedules and coordinating production workflows.
  • Experience hiring and leading diverse teams.
