About the position

The Sr Manager Brand Marketing is a senior-level manager that proactively leads a Brand Marketing team by using expert industry knowledge and understanding to address business challenges. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies to enhance the company's market presence and drive brand awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies.
  • Identify key brand objectives and KPIs to measure the success of brand initiatives.
  • Manage the development of brand marketing and merchandising materials and campaigns.
  • Manage new content, applications, and technologies to meet the strategic goals of the segment and ensure brand consistency.
  • Ensure brand campaigns align with Company policies and resonate with target audiences.
  • Set clear expectations for team members; solicit and deliver feedback.
  • Create opportunities for reports to grow and flourish.
  • Continue to contribute to ongoing function work while overseeing the delivery of multiple projects.
  • Work towards managing deliverables through the work of others and focusing team efforts by using metrics for success.
  • Recommend changes to policies and establish procedures that affect immediate organization.
  • Provide guidance to team within the latitude of established company policies.
  • Follow processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining cross-functional or departmental solutions.
  • Work on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends.
  • Lead a cooperative effort among members of a project team.
  • Frequently interact with functional peer groups, other company divisions, or customers of the company.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 8-10 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5 years of management experience.
