About the position

As the 4th largest retailer and 5th largest ecommerce retailer in the US, our marketing team sits at the intersection of brands, ideas, customers, media and content for The Home Depot. We are seeking a Sr. Marketing Analyst to be a key partner on our enterprise marketing team. The Sr. Marketing Analyst will support Brand Enterprise efforts ensuring business objectives, marketing strategy and revenue goals are met. This role takes ownership of work streams and oversees all aspects of a marketing including application of research and strategy to deliver omni-channel marketing activations that drive results at the speed of retail. This role will have exposure to The Home Depot business, influencing store and company-wide brand building efforts while growing strong working relationships and affecting change from within one of the world's leading retailers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage ongoing non-analytics business needs including reconciliation of marketing budget, MARCOM and related team processes that add business value.
  • Support the planning, implementation and execution of marketing strategies and activities in partnership with the audience strategy leaders including brand awareness campaigns, events, and partner programs to drive traffic and sales.
  • Support cross-functional project teams to manage and execute high-value initiatives.
  • Research, understand and build tools that help translate insights and analytics into actionable results.
  • Oversee the delivery of marketing reporting from analytics team and prepare communications that demonstrate marketing campaign progress and success.
  • Ensure ongoing communication that educates business owners within the organization on key insights, factbooks, campaign performance and effectiveness of enterprise efforts.

Requirements

  • Must be eighteen years of age or older.
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing.
  • Analytical expertise with experience creating custom reporting tools and processes.
  • Self-directed, detail oriented and highly organized to manage information coming from multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience working with and tracking marketing budgets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Prior marketing or agency account management experience.
  • Ability to manage large detailed project to tight timelines; Responds under pressures of time and uncertainty.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience planning and executing marketing strategy using data-driven decision making.
