About the position

At Klaviyo, we value the unique backgrounds, experiences and perspectives each Klaviyo (we call ourselves Klaviyos) brings to our workplace each and every day. We believe everyone deserves a fair shot at success and appreciate the experiences each person brings beyond the traditional job requirements. If you're a close but not exact match with the description, we hope you'll still consider applying. We're seeking an experienced Tradeshow Events Coordinator to lead the strategic planning and flawless execution of third-party events. In this role, you'll develop and implement comprehensive tradeshow strategies that builds brand awareness, generates qualified leads, and deepens engagement within the Klaviyo community. You'll be the connective tissue behind Klaviyo's presence at premier industry events, where innovation meets artistry. This isn't just about manning a booth - you're partnering cross-functionally to craft immersive brand experiences that stop attendees in their tracks and draw them into the Klaviyo universe. You will report into the Director of Event Marketing and while tradeshows will be your primary focus there will also be other projects throughout the year that you will support like Klaviyo's annual global user conference K:BOS. This role offers the perfect balance of analytical rigor and creative expression, giving you the freedom to experiment with bold, memorable approaches while driving measurable impact.
