The Sr. Manager is responsible for oversight and development of marketing activities as it relates to commercial and residential assets. This role involves developing and deploying strategic initiatives, assisting with branding, positioning, and strategic alliances that impact the assets. The Sr. Manager will work closely with the commercial and residential leasing teams to develop, recommend, evaluate, and implement design standards for external corporate communications with brokers and prospective tenants using established CIM branding criteria. Additionally, the role includes directing and developing engaging and informative content for various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and blog posts, as well as project management and implementation. This position reports to the 1st Vice President of Asset Operations.
