The opportunity now is to join a rocketship as we prepare for the next stage of growth, and an eventual public listing. This role is onsite 5 days a week in Fremont, CA. We are seeking a dynamic and creative Sr. Marketing Specialist with a passion for social commerce and a strong understanding of TikTok and TikTok Shop. The ideal candidate will manage social campaigns and support the execution of sales strategies to enhance social engagement and sales, as well as analyze the shop performance metrics. This role is ideal for someone passionate about food, deeply understanding Latin culture, and curious to share diverse flavors with a broader audience on TikTok.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a campaign calendar for the TikTok social account, aligned with promotional strategies and brand guidelines to drive social engagement, seeding potential hero products, and growing shop sales.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including social content strategy, influencer collaborations, and promotional events to support TikTok Shop sales.
  • Plan, script, and produce engaging shoppable videos tailored to TikTok.
  • Analyze TikTok social posts’ performance metrics, such as views, engagement rates, shares, and conversions to refine content strategies.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, including TikTok shop team and agencies, to align on platform strategy, campaign goals and drive sales.
  • Optimize product listings in the TikTok Shop to ensure accurate descriptions, high-quality images, and competitive pricing.
  • Collaborate with the merchandising and supply chain team to launch new products on the TikTok Shop, manage availability and highlight top performing SKUs.
  • Work with the logistics and customer satisfaction team to coordinate operational changes and ensure optimal customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Social Media, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, social media management, or social commerce roles.
  • Proficiency in video editing and design tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere).
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to foster long-term partnerships with influencers and affiliates.
  • Comfortable being on video and engaging with the audience.
  • Proficiency in Spanish.
  • Social video portfolio must be provided.
