We are seeking enthusiastic, career-minded professionals to join our Inside Sales Team as a Mid-Market Client Manager. The ideal Mid-Market Client Manager will be assertive, goal-oriented, articulate and possess sound phone and face-to-face sales skills. A strong personality with the desire to reach high performance goals is a must. Client Managers will work with Acquisition, Development and Retention accounts in the Large Business segment - with primary focus on acquisition and development growth. These Client Managers will have sole ownership of their book of accounts; and will have sole responsibility to exceed revenue, profit and services targets. This position will be responsible for uncovering opportunities, selling the benefits of the full suite of Lenovo products and services; and selling against the competition. Client Managers will configure, price, negotiate and quote sales solutions as well as provide proactive follow-up, product information and overall account support via the virtual and in-person customer interactions. The Client Managers will also be tightly aligned with Lenovo's strategic business partners, both internally and externally, by leveraging cross-segment resources to sell the full suite of products. Client Managers will work within segment initiatives including weekly forecast and opportunity management.

Responsibilities

  • Uncover opportunities and sell the benefits of Lenovo products and services.
  • Sell against the competition.
  • Configure, price, negotiate and quote sales solutions.
  • Provide proactive follow-up, product information and overall account support.
  • Work with Acquisition, Development and Retention accounts.
  • Exceed revenue, profit and services targets.
  • Align with Lenovo's strategic business partners.
  • Leverage cross-segment resources to sell products.
  • Participate in weekly forecast and opportunity management.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional inside or outside sales experience in a technology field or relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience.
  • High School/ GED and 7+ years of experience.
