About the position

As the Sr. Product Integrations Operations Manager, you will lead and optimize the operational infrastructure that supports our product partnership programs—including Marketplace, Embedded, and Platform partnerships. This role sits at the intersection of product, partnerships, and process. You'll be responsible for building scalable systems, improving partner enablement workflows, ensuring cross-functional coordination, and managing partner-facing tools and policies that elevate the experience for both internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage operational processes and documentation for BambooHR’s partner programs—including Marketplace and Embedded/Platform initiatives.
  • Maintain and evolve partner portals, onboarding checklists, launch playbooks, and partner enablement tools.
  • Collaborate closely with Partner Enablement, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Engineering to drive seamless partner experiences and internal alignment.
  • Build and implement scalable workflows that ensure partners receive timely updates, clear expectations, and accurate access to resources.
  • Manage ongoing partner data reporting, hygiene, performance tracking, and visibility across program systems (PRMs, CRMs, internal dashboards).
  • Ensure compliance with partner program policies and governance models, including lead-sharing, revenue-share structures, and tiered program benefits.
  • Support quarterly reviews of program performance and recommend operational improvements based on data and partner feedback.
  • Serve as an internal expert on partner tool functionality and operational best practices.
  • Proactively identify and remove bottlenecks in the partner journey—from onboarding through lifecycle management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in operations or program management in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Obsessed with process, detail, and driving efficiency—without sacrificing the partner experience.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with different stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Understanding of the nuances of supporting technology integrations and co-marketing partnerships.
  • Highly analytical and able to translate insights into scalable action.
  • Proactive and collaborative communication style—able to make the complex feel simple and actionable.
  • Confident working independently while knowing when to pull in cross-functional support.
  • Proficient in core operational tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Make (Integromat).

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior experience managing PRMs (e.g., Allbound, Impartner) and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Experience standing up or managing a Marketplace, Embedded, or Platform partner program.
  • Understanding of SaaS integration workflows and product lifecycle management.
  • Comfort working with light HTML or tracking tools to support partner campaigns or resource hubs.
  • Familiarity with the HRIS or HR tech space and its ecosystem of solutions.
  • Proven ability to maintain clean, organized data systems and support internal reporting needs through scalable processes and documentation.
