About the position

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Software to lead marketing efforts for Toshiba's software stack—including legacy systems and the award-winning ELERA Commerce platform. This role is not just about messaging; it's about reimagining product marketing through AI-powered execution. You will be at the center of a next-generation marketing motion that connects deeply with customers, influences the sales pipeline, and scales storytelling like never before. The ideal candidate has experience marketing multiple simultaneously, thrives in cross-functional collaboration, is data-driven, and embraces a startup-minded, hands-on approach. They will own programs that elevate Toshiba's market awareness in and drive sales pipeline growth. This role also entails end-to-end planning and execution, serving as the connective tissue between stakeholders. The candidate must excel at both strategic and tactical levels—spearheading plans and programs alongside product and channel marketing managers, developing sales-specific campaign strategies, driving execution, and optimizing for scale. A strong understanding of buyer and user personas, along with a continuous improvement mindset, is essential to driving business success at TGCS.

Responsibilities

  • Use modern AI tools to rapidly develop ROI models, explainers, sales content, videos, and visuals.
  • Drive scalable campaign frameworks using AI to localize, personalize, and accelerate output across personas and segments.
  • Develop compelling messaging and value propositions across Toshiba's software portfolio, with a focus on ELERA's AI-augmented retail solutions.
  • Translate technical features into business outcomes for industry personas, enabling customer-facing teams and resonating with retailer needs.
  • Design and launch integrated campaigns for product launches, account-based marketing, and solution-focused storytelling.
  • Build and iterate on sales training, pitch decks, videos, and one-pagers in collaboration with sales and product teams.
  • Actively engage sales feedback to improve tools and collateral in agile cycles.
  • Represent product marketing in key customer interactions to tell Toshiba's story, showcase ELERA, and guide discovery efforts.
  • Participate in case study development, video testimonials, and event engagements.
  • Set clear campaign goals, define KPIs, and track content usage and conversion through analytics platforms.
  • Measure campaign ROI and influence on pipeline acceleration and revenue growth.
  • Serve as a bridge between product management, brand, demand gen, marcom, and sales enablement to bring cohesive programs to life.
  • Share best practices across global marketing teams and align regional execution with global strategy.
  • Provide Marketing leadership for quarterly launches, from asset updates to solution repositioning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B tech marketing; experience in software or SaaS highly preferred
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools for content generation and marketing execution
  • Strong storytelling and content creation skills across formats (presentations, videos, white papers, case studies, web content)
  • Strategic mindset with a bias for action and hands-on execution
  • Strong project management skills; ability to juggle multiple priorities across stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions and levels

Nice-to-haves

  • Retail industry knowledge or experience with point-of-sale solutions
  • Experience building ROI models and dynamic sales tools
  • Familiarity with ABM platforms and marketing automation tools
  • Video editing or production experience using AI tools
  • Pragmatic Marketing certification in Foundations, Market, and Launch
