About the position

One of our companies is currently looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager, SEI in the United States. We’re looking for a strategic and technically savvy Sr. Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market initiatives for a high-impact Software Engineering Intelligence (SEI) platform. In this role, you’ll craft compelling messaging, develop product positioning, and build enablement tools that resonate with engineering leaders and technical decision-makers. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, sales, demand generation, and content teams to drive product adoption and market growth. Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of strategic positioning and messaging across multiple segments within the SEI category.
  • Create and execute go-to-market plans for new products and features in close collaboration with product and sales teams.
  • Produce impactful enablement materials such as sales decks, battle cards, and interactive demos.
  • Collaborate with content teams to create case studies, white papers, and thought leadership assets.
  • Train internal teams and partners on product updates and competitive differentiation.
  • Engage with customers and industry experts to gather feedback, refine positioning, and identify advocacy opportunities.
  • Support co-marketing efforts with strategic partners and contribute to ecosystem development initiatives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 3 years focused on enterprise software or developer tools.
  • Strong familiarity with the software development lifecycle, Git workflows, CI/CD, and SEI platforms.
  • Proven success launching and scaling technical products in competitive markets.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration and leading without authority.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and strategy.
