As the go-to-market lead for startup growth, you’ll connect groundbreaking founders and developers to the full potential of the Snowflake AI Data Cloud, helping them build faster, scale smarter, and unlock new paths to market. You'll be at the intersection of product, marketing, and community—championing builders' voices, amplifying their success, and shaping how the next wave of applications comes to life on Snowflake. This is a hybrid role, with 50% of time working with colleagues in a Snowflake office.

Responsibilities

  • Help startups innovate, build, and scale AI and data applications on Snowflake.
  • Shape and execute go-to-market strategies that inspire and empower early-stage companies to build their apps—and their businesses—on the Snowflake Data Cloud.
  • Develop targeted programs and messaging that speak to startup founders, developers, and technical leaders focused on data, application and agentic products development.
  • Create compelling content and enablement assets that showcase how to build, distribute, scale, and monetize applications natively on Snowflake.
  • Execute and be accountable for the success of go-to-market campaigns that require cross-functional collaboration with demand generation, analyst relations, content marketing, partner marketing, sales, product management, and other teams.
  • Use data-driven insights to prioritize opportunities, optimize campaigns, and report on performance.
  • Work closely with startups, customers, VCs, partners, and sales to refine our go-to-market strategy and identify high-impact growth areas.
  • Serve as the voice of startup builders within Snowflake—representing their needs, feedback, and innovation goals to influence product roadmaps, improve the developer experience, and enhance app distribution capabilities.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on data platforms, application ecosystems, or marketplaces.
  • Proven success in driving adoption and growth through go-to-market strategies tailored to startup and developer audiences, with a deep understanding of early-stage company dynamics, challenges, and innovation goals.
  • Exposure to venture ecosystems, with the ability to engage VCs, accelerators, or startup programs as part of a broader GTM strategy.
  • Exceptional written communication skills and ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, compelling messaging.
  • Demonstrated track record of building successful go-to-market programs and campaigns.
  • Cross-functional team management and organizational skills, influence without authority, including senior management.
  • Analytical mindset, interpreting and summarizing data with actionable insights.
  • Strong technical foundation—experience with data infrastructure, developer platforms, or application backends; ideally familiar with building or marketing products for technical users or startup builders.
  • BS/BA, MBA preferred.
