You would be joining the Seller Experience organization within eBay which is at the heart of the overall eBay marketplace. The Seller Experience team focuses on end-to-end digital experiences for our sellers, making it seamless to list, sell and grow a thriving business with eBay. Our Sellers are at the center of everything we do, and our product, engineering and design teams obsess over building best-in-class experiences that our eBay seller community loves. This role is part of the Inventory Management product organization within Seller Experience, focusing on developing a simplified and streamlined listing experience through UX tools and APIs to support regulatory compliance requirements. You will play a crucial role in crafting innovative experiences and tools that empowers sellers to align with regulations effortlessly.

Responsibilities

  • Stay up-to-date with global regulatory changes impacting product listings
  • Develop an innovative and iterative roadmap and solutions for UX tools and APIs that supports regulatory compliance and meets key seller metrics and outcomes
  • Collaborate with our regulatory teams to align solutions and plans with partners in the core product, design and technology teams as well as within the teams across functions
  • Demonstrate a relentless focus to listen to our end-users and feed their voice into our product development process
  • Leverage design and research partnerships to get insights and feedback throughout the entire product lifecycle
  • Build processes for continuous improvements
  • Create connections and processes across teams that will drive efficient cross-team collaboration and clear alignment
  • Create processes and deliver with speed and transparency
  • Practice a 'decide and go' mentality across you and your team to prioritize and propel the product development process forward to hit our targets
  • Partner closely with Program Management to manage through blockers and communicate dates and achievements
  • Work passionately on behalf of our sellers and relentlessly improve experiences for our sellers, influencing a higher bar on quality and ensuring the seller is always at the center of our product roadmap and priorities

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of technical product experience in building UX and API products
  • Deep expertise in customer focused product management and product development lifecycle
  • Experience with online marketplaces and eCommerce platforms preferred
  • Experience in the Compliance and Regulatory space a plus
  • Experience leading complex, multi-phase strategic product(s) in parallel with the ability to manage matrix teams in a global context to success delivery and excellence
  • Proven ability and in-market examples of managing a product that drove significant impact for millions of end users at a global scale
  • Exceptional analytical attitude with a successful track record and specific examples of launching products with measurable impact on a global scale
  • Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle from planning through deployment
  • Experience using test and validation frameworks throughout the product lifecycle
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in Agile teams
  • Experience working with design research and qualitative tools to ensure the voice of our seller is at the center of our product development
  • Strong, concise communicator and effective story-teller
  • Technical depth and proven experience with building experiences for UX experiences and API products

Benefits

  • Base pay range of $108,000 - $168,000
  • Target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable)
