About The Position

Amazon Leo is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). Its mission is to bring fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities around the world. Amazon Leo will help close the digital divide by delivering fast, affordable broadband to a wide range of customers, including consumers, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity. As part of the Leo Capacity team, you will play a pivotal role in enabling Leo's partner ecosystem to plan and coordinate with our network capacity and inventory systems. Your primary focus will be defining product requirements and driving development of the Partner Planning system integrated with our capacity planning, capacity reservation, and demand planning processes, ensuring reliable partner commitments while optimizing network resource utilization. Working closely with engineering, finance, business development, and partner operations teams, you will support both direct sales and partnership channels, enabling data-driven decisions about resource allocation to support Leo's growth objectives. You will collaborate with external partners across multiple business models and geographies, as well as internal partner-facing teams responsible for coordinating planning activities and managing partner relationships. The ideal candidate brings experience in technical product management with a focus on partner-facing planning systems and operational processes. You should be comfortable working with complex datasets, building analytical frameworks, and developing clear processes for implementing changes. Strong collaboration skills are essential, as you'll work across multiple technical and business teams—both internal and external—to implement and maintain these critical systems. Success in this role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to transform complex technical concepts into clear, actionable processes for diverse partner personas. You should be energized by the challenge of building robust frameworks that can scale with our growing partner ecosystem while maintaining precision and reliability.
