Sr. Software Engineer - TS/SCI Polygraph - Chantilly, VA

Responsibilities

• Play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing customized Digital Solutions (Salesforce platform)
• Work within an agile framework to deliver a Salesforce object model, user interface pages, and workflows for our clients
• Create and maintain system documentation, including solution design, technical specifications, and test plans
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs related to client-specific applications and integrations
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field of study required
• 5+ years of full stack development experience
• Must have experience leading other engineers on a modern tech stack
• Experience using front-end web development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript and frameworks like Angular or React
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
• Ability to work on site 100% of the time in Chantilly, VA
• Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Java, JavaScript, ES6, Apex programming
• Experience with Salesforce and LWC
• Additional experience using Next.JS and integrating with a Node-based middleware
• Web Engineering and Web Accessibility experience required
• Experience integrating with WordPress and a bespoke component library
• Agile development on a scrum team experience, using Agile project management tools (JIRA), and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns
• Experience creating and consuming APIs that meet performance and security requirements
